Great work, very knowledgeable. Rerouted a valve from under cement patio (access was too limited). Reconfigured backyard for better coverage with very substantial heads instead of big box sprinkler heads. Replaced the majority of all sprinkler heads and adjusted everything for better coverage. Daughter says, “these sprinkler heads are legit!”

He showed up and check the entire system. We had a few problems that were repaired and maybe 1 or 2 that will be addressed at a later date. He was very informative and showed us everything that was broken before repairing it. He provided explanations on every what and why.

Bryan, the owner did a fantastic job. He helped me design a new layout for my backyard. He gave me a fair quote and kept his commitment on the price even though we made several modifications to the original plan. His team was very professional and helpful as I asked them to do a few things for me on the side. They were there for 4 consecutive days working 10 hours each day. I am very happy with the end-product. I would definitely recommend him.

Provider arrived on time and effectively evaluated the sprinkler system. He repaired three different line leaks, and left the yard clean. I've used several (4-5) of the "big name" sprinkler companies in Dallas, and Southern Comfort is the best one so far.

On Saturday July 2, 2016 we had SOD installed in our entire front yard. Our sprinklers however were not up to the task of watering and keeping this expensive project alive. Lucky for us I found Southern Comfort Lawn. I called Bryan on Tuesday 7/5/16 and ask how long it would be to get help. After telling him my problem, he said he would be here in 1 hour/ REALLY !
He showed up a he said, surveyed the problem and gave me a cost to fix. I agreed and he went right to work.
We are 100% good to go now, grass is happy and we are also.
NOTE: Bryan, also did a considerable amount of work on some tree and vine areas in our back yard, rewired the sprinkler control box so the order of watering was correct. Loaded a couple of items in our truck we could not lift, and DID NOT chaqqrge us for any of this.
If you need help and quality honest service this guy is it. Call him.

I called on Saturday, and Brian came out that afternoon, gave me a price and said he would return on Monday with the new railroad ties to replace the old rotten and broken ties. He came out Monday, made the repairs, and the wall looks great.

Bryan Moore replaced a previously installed controller that had stopped working. After checking why one zone was not coming on anymore he detected the problem and, since the previous device was still under warranty, he offered me a good price for the replacement and upgrading to a digital rainbird controller. He came prompt within two days of calling him - since it was not an emergency - and fixed the problem right away, though it was already evening. I had Bryan Moore work for me twice before and he came by the same day I called and did the work right away. I can highly recommend him.

It went very well. Bryan Moore was good at communicating what he would do and when it would be completed. He started by completing a design and thoroughly reviewing it with me. Then he removed the old plants and bushes, redid the irrigation system in the front bed and yard and prepared the bed by turning it and adding mulch/inorganic matter. It was backbreaking work and it was performed promply and in an excellent manner.

We called Bryan in a quasi-emergency on a Sunday, as our sprinkler system was stuck ON. He came out that afternoon, diagnosed the problem, and got the water shut to the system shut off for the day. He returned two days later to complete the job, including new handles on our shut-off valves, a new "brain" for the system (which was VERY old and had caused the original problem), and a remote device for compliance with local regulations on watering restrictions.
He did a fine job, explained everything, and was reasonably priced. I recommend him.

He appeared arrogant and did not even trouble shoot the obvious area where the cut wire could occur. He first charged an hour of the foundation repair company and tried to charge me a separate $375 repair out of my own pocket. I would not recommend this company to anyone else and have told the foundation repair company not to use this business again.

"(member names removed) are really sneaky and tried to pull a "fast one". I found out that they did not finish paying the foundation company that actually hired me. After checking the the controller and wiring on the lawn sprinkler system, after testing the wiring and the controller, I discovered improper wire connections and an old worn out controller that needed to be replaced. These folks wanted me to blame the foundation company. When I would not lie they got mad and wrote a bad review even though I did not work for them. The foundation company did not work anywhere around these areas but they wanted them to pay for the extra work. After 35 years in the business I still love what I do and think I am one of the best and will not work for people like this!"

This was a huge savings for me when they could have taken me for a ride.
They also took out my deck and patio and they put in a flagstone patio for me. The put in a grouted deck lower level and then put in a raised deck near my house using the graded ground soil. They used very fine, pea-gravel like granite so the water could drain out. It looks really nice and I never would have thought of doing that.
They were extremely neat and packed everything up at night. It always look nicer after they left than when they came. They are diligent workers.
