Savior Pool Service & Repair

I've been using Derrick for years. He's always polite and respectful. Heck, I'm pretty sure he's older than I am yet he still refers to me as Sir!
Once we moved to a new property, I found out the pool equipment wasn't really taken care of. And, I'm not the person to wait until a problem pops up so I called Derrick to come check it out. We talked about the items I was looking at replacing and he provided me with his recommendations. We set up a date to perform the work and it was completed over a few weeks - primarily based on my ability to fund this project as we also had major A/C repairs going on. But all work was done as promised and functioning properly. I would absolutely recommend Derrick and Savior Pool Service if you're looking for an honest guy who does quality work. Is he the cheapest? Nope, but I've been there and done that - and Derrick ended up coming out to fix the jobs from the "Cheaper" guys too. So rest assured, you're in good hands!

I have used Derrick's company for a couple years or so and he is reliable, honest, consistent, and has a graceful approach to customer service. He is skilled at his trade and we have also had Savior do other pool repairs in addition to filter cleaning. He is very knowledgeable about pool building and remodeling and when you combine his knowledge with his personality, he would be worthy to talk to as you develop pool plans. He has great ideas, well beyond reliable work to maintain your pool.

They do a very good job with the cleanings, and we will continue to use them.
