.All of this work was completed in about 2-3 weeks. I called him back two times and he came promptly. Once was to re-do some painting near the new cabinet, and the second time was to repair a leak in the bathtub - he immediately knew where it was coming from and fixed it.
At the time of all this work, I had a dog that tended to be aggressive. Sam was not afraid of the dog and was able to enter my house every day while I was at work.
I want to get another bathroom remodeled in the future, and I will definitely call Sam to do the work.
