Riley Remodeling

I met with Brad Riley for an estimate, after 2 estimates with other contractors, and he was the only one who made some practical and honest suggestions about the extent of the repairs we needed done. While another contractor suggested we just "cover-up" the rotten wooden siding with Hardie Board to save us money, Brad recommended that the whole thing could be done properly for not too much more money. He and his crew of guys were always punctual, on schedule with the timeline for the project, and always very professional and honest. Brad was also on-site to check in every day or at least every other day while the project was going on. When a couple of unforeseen issues popped up (mini water heater needed to be installed, 220 electrical line added for future kiln hook-up), Brad was able to work with me and my budget to get all that I needed, completed. I now have a new, comfortable studio to work in and have natural light to work by!
