Rigo was amazing. The Sprinkler system was installed with utmost care, precision and professionalism. Rigo was very thorough even to the last when he explained the electronics and how to set the system. I would Rigo without any hesitation. The job was done to our complete satisfaction.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! I contacted Rigo for a quote - he came out a few days later to check out and measure our yard and find out what I wanted. He gave me recommendations and said he would send a quote w/in a couple of days. His quote was much less than the others I received and included rain and freeze sensor and a longer warranty (one company never even came out but sent me a quote). I agreed to the quote and he and his team (2 other guys) came out a few weeks later (due to rain and his schedule) and completed all work that day! He sent an invoice via text - he accepts cash and credit cards at same price! Since we had commitments that evening, he came out a few days later to show me how to program/control the system via an app. A week later, our landscape guy inadvertently cracked one of the pipes while tilling. Rigo came out and repaired the pipe at NO CHARGE! Excellent work and service!! (No problems talking with him - he is 100% fluent in English. Our communication was via texts; his response time was timely and answers were great).

Rigo & his staff are professionals. They treat you, your time & your home with respect. His pricing is fair in comparison. We took a few estimates but I liked Rigo's attitude & explanation of his work. He returned when requesting adjustments & he did a second job just as well. Definitely would hire him again.

I made an appointment for Rigo to come look over my yard and give me an estimate. He was right on time. Friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Quickly gave me a fair estimate. He and his crew installed my complete system in the Spring of 2019. They did an excellent job. He also asked if I wanted the extra dirt in some of my low places in the yard. Of course I said yes !! He showed me how to use the control box. Even set up my initial program (schedule) for me. I am very pleased with the results. Couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Rigo Gonzalez.

I hired Rigo to install complete sprinkler systems in two of my daughters yards in Rowlett. They got both properties done over a three day period and the kids and I are very happy with the results. The price was right and the quality of work was what I expected. Would recommend these guys.

Rigo and crew are absolutely awesome. I have a huge yard that needed a new system. They worked til dark and into the weekend to get my system installed with every preference I requested. Then after new sod was laid, Rigo came out and showed me how to use the Smart Controller and rechecked every head. He was definitely the most reasonable and customer service oriented of 5 different estimates I received. His crew cleaned up at the end of each day very nicely. I highly recommend this company! He emailed a quote within 24 hours of designing the system, had the permit in 2 business days, started my job the next week and my final invoice was exactly what his estimate was. I would give them 10 stars if it was possible!

Rigo did a great job, I explained what I wanted and my future plans for my property and landscape design, he installed my sprinkler system with WiFi connectivity and built it so that I can modify it easily given my plans for future projects. The price was very reasonable and the work was exactly what I wanted without any complications. I recommend him for sprinkler install and repair for sure!

They were great. Rigo gave me a the best price out of the four I received quotes. The system works perfect.

Rigo was prompt in responding. The sprinkler system was installed at my parent's house without any issues. He also provided me the best quote with email attachments of placement of heads and zones. On the day of install, I appreciate him double checking with me about wires and cables as he and his crew prepared for the digging. I also appreciate him helping my mom with some requests. After the install, the crew cleared and swept the area. Rigo also walked me through the system and showed me features of the Rainbird appp. I am very pleased with his work and would hire him again for my own sprinkler system install (when that time comes). My mom who is choosy about contractors was also very thankful and pleased with Rigo's professional work!

Rigo and his crew were great. Rigo provided a competitive bid, answered all my questions and provided prompt communication from start to finish. We had existing irrigation system extended (24 more rotors), 13 trees bubblers added, drip lines for foundation added and two new Rachio smart controllers added, and the existing system services. You can't go wrong with Rigo!

Rigo was quick to respond shortly after installation of irrigation when it didn't turn on as he programmed. He came within a couple of hours, fixed the problem and stayed to set up the wireless phone app for us. He was proactive in communicating with us because of a weather delay. Would highly recommend him!
