Installation was on time and professional. I feel I received good products (Lennox) including a 10yr warranty and can write some of it off on my taxes.

It went well. They were on time, professional, and honest. The wheel and motor were specific to a Lennox furnace making it cost more than a universal one they said.
Our service person was Casey and he was very polite. I believe the owners have changed since the previous review.

This is good, reliable company. They were very responsive and professional whenever they came. I did stop the contract simply because I think I can do the work myself and wanted to save some money. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other members though.

Every time they have come out they have done a trashy job. It seemed like he was trying a really hard job to find things wrong with it.
