I have a recirc pump on our hot water heater that wasn't getting water to all parts of the house. The company fixed the concern and programmed the timer. I'm very pleased with my results. We have hotwater throughout the house making our useage more efficient.

Guys were nice and friendly, but not accountable. They had to enter my crawl space to diagnose the leak, and they took 3 chunks of wood out of my hard wood floor to open the crawl space door AND left it open to conceal what they had done. That door is in the entry to my laundry room and if I hadn’t turned the light ON when I walked in to do laundry, I would have fallen straight into it. The work done on the water was okay, but now I have a Knock every time my Appliances are utilizing the hot water. When I told them about the incident with the floor they were quick to act and work towards fixing the door, but now it’s crickets and no response. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them and now I get no response. I know it’s a pandemic, but they certainly were quick to take my money fir the work, but the accountability is unacceptable at this point. The work was done on March 18.

Gus, my technician arrived at the earlier side of my appointment window. He was so friendly and courteous, even remembering to wipe his feet every time he had to go outside for something. The price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone - no secret fees or “sudden issues”. Just a job well done by a professional. Would definitely hire him again !

Out of the blue my hot water heater started leaking. There was an inch of water under the water heater when I contacted various companies needing someone to come out right away. Reliable was the only company to contact me almost immediately. Gus was sent out and arrived within an hour or so. He sized up the situation, gave me his professional and personal opinion and then replaced my water heater with expert efficiency and rapidity the same day. Their prices were competitive, my new water heater is great and operating without a hitch and I would have no problem hiring them again.

The service was fine. They were able to accomplish the task. They resolved the issue in a pretty timely manner. The service provider's technician advised that the completed work had a 90 day warranty but it wasnt on any of the receipt or paper work I received. So, it’s a bit concerning because verbally they stated that but nothing in writing.

Zack was great -- knowledgeable, capable and very courteous. The new valve works great. He also patiently answered a bunch of other plumbing questions that I had, and gave me some valuable advice on locating a possible slab leak. Would definitely use this company again.
