Regent was very professional and provided a high quality roof and painting option. They were clean, respectful, timely, helpful, and responsive.

I initially hired a different contractor to repair the roof; however, that contractor did not finish the job and it took him 2 weeks to complete up to the point that he had completed. I had fired the previous contractor and I then called Regent to explain my situation. Todd from Regent patiently listened to my story and issues that I had and was willing to help me complete my roof repair immediately. Todd came to my house the same day I had called to inpect my roof and he later came back to my house to explain the work and finalize our contract. He was very patient and easy to undertand. He was very professional and easy to get along with. He completed my entire roof repair along with fixing the issues that was left behind by the other contractor. When the work was done, he came and inspected my roof again to make sure all the work was completed properly. I also had problems with my front deck roof and he went the extra mile to find a solution to fix it. He and his crew was on time with every step of the process. His crew was also nice and professional. When Todd was leaving, he also expressed a nice and genuine goodbye greeting and said to call him anytime for any issues or work that I may have with my house. He was also very nice to my wife and 2 month old son during the process.
