I have used Quick Solutions several times in the past couple of years to help me keep these old units installed in 1984 running efficiently through the hot summers here in Texas.  Roberto has always been able to make the repairs quickly and at reasonable prices when the units would go out.  But this year both the condenser and coil had finally given up in these units so, after weighing the option of replacing the coil/condenser on this 28 year old units vs. replacing the entire system, I decided to replace the units and upgrade to a more energy efficient 16 seer A/C and heating units.
Roberto and his crew showed up at the time they said they would and worked the entire day installing the new system.  He made sure everything worked well, he helped me set-up my new computerized thermostat and went through everything about the units with me - including explaining about the new 4" filters, how often to change them, and how to change and where to buy more.   And his wife has followed up to make sure everything is working fine for me.  
Roberto has proved numerous times that he is a man of honesty and integrity which is hard to come by with so many fly-by-night companies out there today.  One other story to support that claim was when I was first referred to Roberto by my landscaping person.  I had already used another company to install a new A/C unit at my daughter's house.  It never did work right and consistently having to call the guy back out to add freon.  One day the system just quit and it turned out to be something in the heating unit instead.  I got a bid from the guy who did the initial installation and from 3 others and all of them said I had to replace the entire heating unit.  When I mentioned my dilemma to my landscaping guy, he gave me Roberto's information and I called him.  He came out within a few hours because he wanted to make sure my daughter and grandchildren had air back on ASAP.  I liked him already!  When he checked out the heating unit, he found there was one bad part that needed to be replaced.  He couldn't find it locally, so he ordered it online that day and had it fed-ex'ed overnight so he could get the unit back up and running right away.  He was able to get the part and repair the unit for under $200.  And,  not only that, I mentioned that we were having to replace freon often, so he checked the A/C unit and saw that the guy that did the initial installation never soldered the pipes together so it was leaking freon as a result.  He fixed it for me and didn't charge me a cent because he felt I shouldn't have to pay for something that should have been done right to begin with - even though he had nothing to do with the installation at all.  
From that point on, I have only used Roberto and I have recommended him to several of my friends that absolutely love him because he is so honest and reasonable about what he charges for his work.
