General Remodeling
I WAS VERY DISPLEASED WITH THIS EXPERIENCE. THE MAN WHO CAME TO DO THE WORK WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I'LL SAVE HIM THE EMBARRASSMENT OF MENTIONING HIS NAME. HE SEEMED AS THOUGH HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE SHOWED UP ON THE SITE WITH HIS WIFE AND AN ASSISTANT, WITH THE STAIRS STUFFED IN THE BACKS OF TWO OLD SEDANS. THEY KEPT HAVING TO BORROW MY TOOLS, AND ASKING ME FOR HELP. I HAD TO GO TO THE HOME CENTER TO BUY MATERIALS THEY DID NOT BRING WITH THEM. I COULD GO ON AND ON. QUALITY ENDED UP TERMINATING THIS WORKER BEFORE MY WORK WAS COMPLETE. THEY SENT A SUBCONTRACTOR OUT TO FINISH WHAT THE FIRST GUY DID NOT.
