Auto Service
This company is a rip off. After looking at my vehicle, they decided that it might be the power steering pump, so they wanted to replace it. They could not guarantee that it would fix the problem though. The bill would have been $1600 if I had them do the work. I chose not to have it done with this company.

Glass and Mirror Service
Ford replaced my first window at no cost. The second time they charged for for just the parts and not the labor. I thought this was pretty fair considering this has happened twice and I did nothing to the car to cause this. Ford stood behind their car and took care of me.
