PML Airconditioning

I call Adrian because AC was blowing hot air in March of 2019, they came out and told me the problem was that I need a new furnace because the funny I had was old. I have proof that that was the reason I called them because I called other company and they came out also but PML was the cheapest. I am a 67 year old female wheelchair-bound with lung problems and it is very hot in this house I have been trying this week to call Adrian he would not call me back. I called the office number and spoke with a lady named Gabby and she hung up on me. This company it is really surprising me because the first day they came out they was so nice but they won't don't want to backup their work and I also have a warranty. I have tried several times and I'm sitting here at my age and medical problems and they don't even have the decency to call me back the only thing I can say is please beware of this company

We had 2 complete Air condition/heater installed last year. One year later it was broken. I called twice for service, they told me that they would be there between 8 AM and 5 PM (industry standard is 2 hours). I took the day off from work and they did not show up and they didn't even call. So I called and they told me the next day they would come but I could not afford to waste another day so they rescheduled for Saturday (again they said between 8 AM and 5 PM). I called Friday to confirm the appointment which they did. Again no show.

I have called someone else for service. I do not recommend to use them. Their work is unreliable, worse than their reliability of work is them showing up. I am "writing-off" the warranty from their installation and hire some real professionals to do my work.

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

This was the second company to work on a problem created by another heating and air conditioning company.  The first company sent out to work on my furnace through a home warranty service did a partial repair to my home's heating furnace, PML was sent out as the second company to work on the furnace problem.  After the PML service tech Omar found the problem on 2/17/16 the furnace was correctly repaired and the furnace is coming on and turning off correctly with the temperature as it is set on my thermostat.  I would highly recommend PML and will certainly use them in the future.
