Our dog is a fiesty little fellow. He doesn't like his ears, face or feet touched. He can be quite a handful. The ladies there always do a good job on trimming him. One holds his head and massages his ears while the other does the trimming. It works for him. We always have them do a complete job, bath with oatmeal soap, complete body coat trim, toenails grinding (better than cutting), teeth brushing and gland expression. They always do a great job. We always give them an extra tip because we know how difficult he can be.

I've used PetSmart for a while and they always do a great job. I do think their prices are a little steep, but apparently not steep enough to stop me from coming back.

They are always good. They are always very friendly and very thorough. It is always expensive to get my dog taken care of.
