They are a great company to work with. They were on time and did an excellent job replacing our roof. I highly recommend Peacock Roofing.

Do not trust this company. They do not stand behind their work. My husband and I bought a house and were told it was getting a new roof with a 25 year warranty. After two years, the roof started to leak and the company was called out. The owner accepted no responsibility for the leaks and told my husband that they were due to squirrels on our roof. So my husband did some minor fixes to hopefully alleviate the leaks. A few months later when it rained very heavily, the leak got worse. We called an emergency roofer to come out and apply a temporary fix. He explained that the problem was due to installation mistakes from Peacock Roofing and that since the roof was under warranty, we should call them to fix it. So we did. Again, the owner came out and accepted no responsibility for the leaks claiming it was the siding or piping he "didn't know". We know it was the installation of the shingles because when the emergency roofer came out and fixed it temporarily, the leak stopped. The owner of Peacock Roofing then explained that the warranty didn't cover repairs because it was not in our name (even though we went into Escrow two days before the roof was put on and the roofing company was made aware of that). The owner said he would not fix the roof for free and suggest we find a new roofer. So again I tell you, STAY AWAY! The owner is not knowledgeable or personable and God help you if your roof leaks because it'll be everyone's fault but theirs.

It seems to have resolved my leak.

Working with Barry is fantastic. He comes over and gives you a quick, no BS estimate that is wildly reasonable. Then when his crew comes out to do the work, it doesn't even matter if you're home or not. In fact, the two times he's worked on my house, I haven't been home either time. I just come home to a fixed house and the invoice arrives in the mail a few days later. Simple. Honest. Old school. He's a good dude.

They sent someone out to get measurements and then Mr. Peacock called us with a price. We came home a couple weeks later and found it fixed and they just billed us. I had used them several years ago to check out our roof for leak over our kitchen and they found squirrel damage around the vent pipe over the kitchen. They fixed it and just sent us a very reasonable bill. I will continue to use them, they are very professional.

He has done work for me several times. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. He has good pricing.

Responded quickly from my request for bid. Showed up on time. Answered all my questions. Completed work in an acceptable time.

The estimator was on time, was very polite, seemed to know what he was talking about and said that I would receive a written estimate in the mail in a few days. In a few days it arrived. All of our roofing bids were competitive but in the end we decided to go with another company - but not because of anything this company did wrong.

They were good about identifying what was causing the problem. I have used him to replace the entire roof on another house and I have always had great service from him. His prices are also reasonable.

I liked this company because they did a great job with clean up. They double checked for nails being on the ground and everything. Their prices were really reasonable and the work they did was fantastic. I'd use them again in a second for my roofing needs.

I was selling my home, when I finally got a contract on my home the inspection report said we needed to replace the roof. My real estate company recommended I call Peacock roofing they said they had done over a 100 roofs for them. I called, they promptly came out the next day and I had a new roof! My new roof looks fantastic. Mr Peacock is very professional and courteous and his workers could not be any more pleasant. I was extremely pleased with the nice clean up and the prompt service. I will never use anyone else but Peacock Roofing and I will highly recommend him to our friends and family.

Ceiling and walls in garage are leaking. Before he installed new shingles, roof was not leaking. He has tried two times to repair this leak, but has not succeeded. I have tried to contact him several times, but he claims the leak is caused by faulty siding, and faulty carport and refuses to do anything about it. IT WAS NOT LEAKING BEFORE HE DID HIS WORK.
