They were kind to their customers. We have commercial service. It's not home-based. The prices can change quite a bit depending on what your needs are.

I had a great experience with them. I have been using them probably for 10 years already. They always call before they come to do the service so that you know that they are going to be there. They call to follow up to make sure everything was okay and they just do a really good job.

If I have a problem with pests I call them and they come in and take care of it for me; they are pretty responsive. They always call and let me know they are coming. Their price I think is maybe a little high. They use stuff that they know will not hurt my pets.

There is nothing outstanding about Orkin, however they have done a good job. They come out and care for the pests and leave. I think that the price is about average.

We used another company before. Their service was not good, and they would not show up when they were supposed to. Orkin has done a good job for us. The servicemen are personable, they act like they care, and they are not just doing their job. Somebody has worked with them on that.

Orkin is probably a little more expensive, but their quality is great. If for some reason I see more insects after they do a routine spray, all I have to do is call them and they will come out for free and take care of the hitch. They do a fantastic job.

I have no complaints about them. They always come as agreed and I don't have to worry about setting up a time, because they have all of my information computerized. The men that come are very professional and clean. They don't make a mess in my house and they are effective because I never see bugs.

We're very happy with Orkin. I haven't seen any bugs since they started coming here. They always show up on time and are very courteous. It's important to me that they are careful of my belongings and they are. I also like it that we don't have to remind them when to come. They keep track of that.

ORKIN PROVIDED AN EXCELLENT RESPONSE TIME, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO KILL ALL ANTS THAT WERE ENTERING THE HOUSE. THEY ALSO TOLD US WHAT THEY THOUGHT CAUSED OUR ANT PROBLEM. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND REASONABLE.

THE TECHNICIAN IS AUTOMATICALLY SENT OUT EVERY OTHER MONTH TO DETERMINE IF TREATMENT IS NECESSARY. I HAVE HAD TO CALL THEM BACK 2 TIMES. ONCE FOR INSIDE TREATMENT AND ONCE FOR ADDITIONAL TREATMENT UNDER THE EAVES.

THE FIRST VISIT, THE TECHNICIAN CAME INTO THE HOUSE AND LOOKED FOR SIGNS OF ANTS, ETC. HE SPRAYED BOTH INSIDE AND OUT. SINCE THEN, THEY HAVE BEEN TO THE HOUSE EVERY OTHER MONTH TO SPRAY.
