I was unsure about the type of work to be done at first. Carlos- owner and operator explained the entire job and talked me out of unneeded expense and help to choose the right product for the job. He had a more expensive product on hand ready to install, but explained it would not be worth the added expense. We decided on the Demlic APX foam- open cell as compared to the closed cell foam.
His team arrived on time and professional. They were courteous and were friendly to myself and my family. They cleaned the area prior to and after the job. They were done at the time promised and I have zero complaints on anything they did.
Carlos was a stand up man whom impressed me, which is extremely hard to do. He helped me to decide the correct job that needed to be done and had beaten every other estimate I had. I would use his services again without any hesitation.
The home is in Forney Texas. The attic temps were up to 140 degrees F at 4 p.m. Two days after the job was completed- it takes two days for the foam to completely cure and cool- the temps at 4 p.m. were 84 degrees F. WOW !!! In the three weeks since the foam was applied, my A/C has run 6+hours LESS that it did before the attic was done. I could not be more pleased.
