I use one guy in particular and I've been using him since 2003 because when I had the waterline put in at my mother's house, that same evening my water heater started leaking. I was getting ready to move my mother into the house the next day. It was at six on a Friday. They sent this plumber in and he saw that it was just a dial on the hot water heater that had not been tightened. Then he didn't even charge for the service call. He had locked his keys in his car. He didn't get mad. He didn't get home until about nine. Ever since then I have used them. A toilet cracked once of ours and there was water all over. The same plumber came over within two hours and got a new toilet and put it in. They have saved my life numerous times. Since then he has installed a new sink in my parents house and he has rebuilt three toilets for us. He came over within the same freeze to fix something at my mother's house. They have always been nice and have saved me so many times.
