Nik Tree Landscape Irrigation provides good service for the value you pay. They do good work. They clean up solvents, I had several heads that had to be replaced and they did a good job for me.

Service was done promptly and professionally. They took care of all the city inspections, permits, utility locations, etc. They used topnotch products and performed the service as outlined on the estimate. They explained the operation of the system thoroughly. I was very pleased with the quality of work and product.

It took a while for him to figure out but he stayed long and got the job done. I think I have probably spent a little more than what I should have spent. But he made sure that he did it well. Overall he fixed it just fine. I will use him in the future.

When the work was first complete everything looked good. The grass began to die in patches within the first six months and before the anniversary of the first year, the about half of the yard's sod was turning yellow. and had a number of dead patches. When I called the company they refused to come out saying that they never offer warranties and that we had contacted them too many times (I had called them three times but canceled the second the next day after I realized that a water leak coming from the control box was actually a city water leak). They told me that Mesquite was too far from them to come( they are in Garland). I asked for an email address so that I could send a copy of it to them and never heard back from them and would not come out to assess the problem with the grass.

I spent about $3000 for their service. They did a great job on the sodding, but the landscaping was horrible. So, we had to redo it ourselves. I will use them again for the sodding, but everything was hotchpotch with the landscaping. There was no attention to detail whatsoever. The workers who came out were hard workers. None of them spoke English, but they seemed nice. We have decided that we aren’t going to use them again even though we needed to fix something. I learnt not to go always with the lowest bidder. Next time, I will look for quality more than saving money. It seemed more because we had to redo it.

We have used him several times over the past five years and have always been more than satisfied with his work. He has installed our spinkler system, kept the trees trimmed and laid new sod in our back yard. His crew is great at what they do and very fast. The work is alway as promised and delivered in a timely manner. He is absolutely wonderful to work with as well. He has so much experience with all landscaping needs there isn't a problem he can't fix. Nik even took my fig tree and propagated it over the winter months and we now have an additional 12 baby trees to find homes for...and we gave Nik the pick of the litter.

Very pleased! Nik inspected all my sprinkler heads, not just the ones I knew I had issues with. He repaired all the broken pieces and replaced a few heads. He also gave me a quote for future work that should be done on the system to make it more efficient and the zones and heads correct for my landscaping. I also had a large stump needing to be removed. He sent a contractor out to remove the stump, who was very pleasant. My only issue with that one was I had no idea that he was scheduled or even coming and was confused at first who and what the person was here for. Lucky I just happened to be home because he couldn't find the stump. I also had various other questions about a drainage problem in my front yard, having the front yard re-sodded and having some large trees trimmed back. He gave me written quotes for EVERYTHING right there on the spot. I am planning to have each of these jobs done in the future and have every intention of contacting Nik for the work as I'm ready to have them done. He was timely, courteous, and VERY professional. He actually has a degree in Agriculture which I felt lent a lot of credibility to the suggestions he was giving me.

Nick was prompt and professional in his bid. He quoted a total price of $3500 and gave us a $500 Angie's List discount. With the discount, his bid was the lowest by several hundred dollars. His crew performed the work professionally and quickly, over two days. In general, we are quite satisfied with the work. We have had to call him out several times to make minor adjustments, and he has been prompt and polite when making these adjustments. He also repaired an underground electrical line which the crew accidentally cut. My only disappointment is that I wanted the crew to provide drip tubing for my pots, and the system wasn't really set up in a way that made it possible to do it for most of my pots. We compromised by setting the spray heads in the flower beds to spray a bit higher and more broadly, to hit the pots, but it's not ideal.

I am very happy with them. Their timing was great and they did everything that said they would do. After updating the system they did a thorough check up to make sure it was working correctly which it was. Im happy and satisfied.

Overall, the quality of their work was satisfactory but not exceptional. Price was not that cheap but they did get the job done. I think I may look for another company next time.

In my opinion, they did a terrible job with the installation. Their responsiveness wasn't terrible but it wasn't that good either. They did not come on time and I feel like I didn't get my money worth.

I got several bids and all were very close, within $100 of each other, so I knew that Nik's bid was fair and accurate. I chose to go with another company, who was local to our house. However Nik was VERY responsive and good at following up with his bid. I'd highly recommend considering him for your sprinkler install.

Problem was solved for about $600 less, than I was expecting.

Went very well and fast. Nick is very knowledgeable and professional. We thought the price was very reasonable for the work done. We are having him redo our landscaping in the front and expect to be pleased with that also.

When I needed service on my lawn sprinkler system, I looked to Angie's List for recommended service providers. I called Nik to request an estimate. He explained what he'd recommend (we needed to replace the control box and repair a broken line). His pricing seemed in line with other estimates, and he was quickly available. Ultimately, I decided to go with another provider, and wasn't completely satisfied. So next time I need lawn sprinkler service, I plan to call Nik again.

Two men came out. They worked steadily for 3 hours and 15 minutes. They replaced some sprinkler heads and shortened some taller ones. They went through to make sure they were all spraying the right way. He also gave me some advice on other landscaping and how to water. He came out the day after I called. He was very professional and polite.

Very courteous and easy to work with. Gave me same day service amidst his busy schedule because of my need for immediate assistance due to travel plans. I plan to get an estimate for landscaping next month. The cost included a new control pannel.

We called several companies on Angie's List for quotes. Nik was the fastest to respond and could start the work right away. We felt the quote was very reasonable and the guarantee was good. Nik's crew did the work in 2 days, and he came by to show us how to program the controller. He originally quoted 6 zones, but when they started working, he decided we needed 7. He wasn't going to charge us for it, but we paid him extra because we were so pleased. The system is working wonderfully well.
