Pool and Spa Servicing
WE WERE CONCERNED THAT THE GAZEBO WOULD BE TOO TALL FOR THE SPOT WHERE OUR SPA SITS SO WE DECIDED TO CANCEL OUR ORDER. WE CANCELED THE CHARGE WE PLACED ON OUR CREDIT CARD, BUT MORGAN CAME BACK AND TOLD OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY THAT WE WERE UNDER CONTRACT AND THAT THE EARNEST MONEY WAS THEIRS AND THE CHARGE SHOULD STAY. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNING PHONE CALLS WHEN WE HAVE MADE EFFORTS TO WORK WITH THEM DISPUTE. THE MATTER IS NOW IN THE HANDS OF OUR ATTORNEY.
