We hired Modern Cooling and Heating upon the recommendation of a friend in the construction business. He warned us that they're pricey, but they always get the job done correctly. We went with a cheaper company first and regretted it.
Modern Cooling and Heating showed up in a timely manner, performed a very thorough inspection (including crawling all around underneath the house for about an hour). They deliver their estimate very quickly and were generally pleasant and easy to do business with.
It seemed pricey for a mere inspection and estimate of ductwork repair, but we were forewarned (they gave us the price before we hired them) and they got the job done in a very professional manner. The estimate provided at the end was also quite high but perhaps that's the price of quality.

As always he was very thorough with his inspection. He looked in the attics as well as in all the rooms. He checked the units outside as well. He didn't find anything today but he gave me a list of things to do so we can try and find the issue shortly.
