We first used this company when Gary Goodman was alive 11 years ago to carpet our house. We were pleased with the service then. So, when it was time to tile, we sought them out at their newer location. The new owner is Charely McDaniel who worked with Gary. He showed me around the tile samples and discussed some of the featurs we were looking for, especially slip resistence since it was a bathroom. He lent me several tile samples (even putting the heavy items in my trunk for me) and picked up the samples when he came to measure and give an estimate. He gave our estimate, pointing out that the main cost was the installation. He even quoted the tile only since we thought we knew someone who could install for us instead of one of his crews. He gave good advice on grout color and was easy to deal with. Once we had the funds for the job, he quickly got us scheduled and came out on the job a couple of times during the installation. We ran into some plumbing issues, but they were happy to work around them (ie wait until the slab repair), and then they continued the job. They were careful about messing up our house and cleaned up afterwards. The tiles were cut beautifully, and we are more than happy with the job. We had them quote for additional work that we will definitely call them back to do when the funds are available (entryway tile work). Overall, the whole process was less taxing than most remodeling. Although we didn't price at the bigger stores, I am content that the price we paid was appropriate for the service we had since the installer took the better part of 2.5 days to finish the work and did a fabulous job.

GOODMAN DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE INSTALLATION OF NEW CARPET IN OUR HOME. REASONABLY PRICED & THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
