Miracle Method - Dallas/Plano

It was wonderful. Oliver was professional, kind, communicative, prompt, meticulous, thorough. He treated it like it was his own home, and the quality of the work was very good. It looks like a whole new bathtub--huge improvement. The company seems to respond better and more promptly to phone calls rather than emails.

Refinished showers and tubs look great. Mix up in getting wrong door ordered for one shower. Owner made things right. Luis and Tom were great. Overall happy with finished job. Bathrooms look brand new.

Oscar was the technician that did the work. When he arrived he was very professional and explained the entire process and what he was going to do. I believe he is one of the best technicians I have ever worked with. It is very apparent that he is very experienced at doing this type of work. Both my wife and I actually enjoyed having him do this project. We would recommend this company and especially Oscar to anyone wanting to refinish a bathtub, shower, or counter top.

We saw this refinishing method at a home show. The owner came by and gave us an estimate promptly and scheduled the work. We had to reschedule the date one time and they were more than accommodating. The applicator was prompt and would call me if he was running a bit late. The process took two days - exactly what they said it would. There is a odor due to the refinishing process materials involved. They ventilated during the application and it was not bad. He told us to run the bathroom exhaust fan overnight which we did. The odor is strong if you don't  close the door and run the fan. The results were incredible. The bathroom tub looks brand new. The surround and vanity look great as well. You will need to get a tub mat that has no suction cups. Miracle method sells one for $20.00 + tax.  I would use this contractor again.

Professionals from start to finish.  I am totally satisfied and will probably use them in the future.

During the remolding of our bathroom I drop a couple of tools and fixtures in the tub creating one small and 4 large chips on the tub surface. I sent pictures to Mike and he gave me a quote over the phone on a Friday. A very reasonable quote in my opinion.
David and another associate came to do the repairs on the next Monday. They were both extremely courteous and professional.
David laid out three colors on the tub, pure white, one darker, and one I couldn't see. I couldn't see the third one because it matched my tub color perfectly. 
When the repairs were completed, less than 1 1/2 hours, it was impossible to tell where the chips were. Simply amazing!
Upon leaving they cleaned their work area so it looked as though they had never been there.

I continually use them to do work in my home and refer them to friends. They do great work and get the job done. They're meticulous and clean and make sure everything is set up properly.

Mike Bledsoe came and provided the estimate at the time we agreed on.  He was thorough in providing the cost and extent of work to be done.  When the job was finished there was no variance in the final cost and the initial estimate.  (That's rare these days!)  His son David came out and did the work, and it took four days to complete.  He was a little late a couple of days, but he stayed late and worked to ensure the job was done on time.  David made sure that everything was covered to protect my appliances, plumbing fixtures, etc. during the process.  He was very professional and did a great job.  Keep in mind that whatever room they are working in will not be able to be used until they are done.
I am very pleased with the final results.  I went from having awful pink countertops to a contemporary finish resembling granite.  In the bathroom I had beige cultured marble with pink swirls.  Now I have an off-white finish and slight brown flecks to help hide some of the imperfections developed in the marble over the years.  Please note the surfaces have a texture to them as opposed to being smooth.  David said the amount of texture is dependent on the color chosen,  I was expecting them to be smoother, but am still very happy with the outcome.  After pricing a new tub, tile, and kitchen countertops, this was a great alternative cost-wise and I would recommend Miracle Method to anyone looking to have this type of work done.

This was a fairly easy process.  They were able to come out to the house fairly quickly, give a detailed estimate and explanation.  The work took parts of two days and went very smoothly.  The bathrooms look significantly better and will certainly help in selling our home.  I would recommend Miracle Method East Dallas and the Bledsoe's to anyone looking to resurface a bathroom.  They were awesome.  I only wish I had remembered the coupon because I cost myself 80 bucks.  Oops.

We go our money's worth and are very happy with Miracle Method. The contractor was clean and on time. The work looks brand new till today.

Doing 2 bathrooms and a kitchen took a week.  They started Monday and were finished as stated in their estimate on Friday afternoon.   They tented the areas they were working on to keep the dust as contained as possible.  They left the ares as clean if not cleaner when they left. 

I was satisfied with the services. I would use them again in the future. They were kind and sweet people. The man broke glass when he was installing the shower door. Glass was everywhere. He did clean it up but there was glass in made divots in my tub. They would not accept ownership for this.

He was very good. He was responsive and punctual. The owner came out and explained what he could do. He offered some suggestions. For a quick fix, I think it's going to be just what I want. They will be coming back to do the job.
UPDATE; HAD STAND ALONE SHOWER, TUB AND SHOWER COMBO,  AND ROMAN TUB COMPLETELY RESURFACED. COMPLETE JOB TOOK THREE DAYS, TECH SANDED AND SMOOTHED RUST SPOTS ON TUB FLOOR, THROUGHLY SCRUBBED AND CLEANED ANY AND ALL RESIDUE ON TUBS AND SHOWERS. AFTER EACH AREA WAS CLEANED , THE TECH CAREFULLY COVERED ALL SURROUNDING WALLS, FLOORS, AND CEILINGS TO PREVENT OVER SPRAY DAMAGE. AFTER SPRAYING EACH AREA AND ALLOWING ABOUT 24 HOURS FOR COMPLETE DRYING, SURROUNDS PROTECTION REMOVED TO REVEAL "LIKE NEW"  SHOWERS AND TUBS. BEAUTIFUL NEW SPARKLING WALLS AND TUBS. NO MORE DIRTY GROUT LINES, DINGY 30YEAR OLD TILE, OR RUST  IN TUB. BATH ROOMS NOW LOOKS LIKE  IT BELONGS IN  YEAR 2012.  COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!!!

Arrived on time, walked me through the entire process, did not leave or make a mess.  Overall very satisfied.

this is a family business with old time values, Mike (dad) and David (son) are a two member team that refreshes the word "tradesman" they take such pride in their work, are very skilled professionals, when they finished all I could say was a big thank you for a job well done and to myself what a Value I got in the pricing. I had a Handyman hat does tile work and he at first thought that the Vanity counters were stone counters not the origional 43 year old man made cultured marble counters that came with the home call them you will be every pleased I am 80 years old and its been a long long time that I had someone do work at my home,that reflected such high integrity in their work

I highly recommend Mike Bledsoe and Miracle Method. Mike came out and gave me a detailed estimate to refinish my tub and also to refinish a wall stove. My home was built in 1949 and I wanted to restore the bath rather than tear it out. Mike's wife, Rita, handled the scheduling beautifully and Mike and his son, David, both did the work. It all turned out perfectly. This is a great way to make your tub or sink look like new. Very professional and caring company. Don't hesitate to hire them!
