They tried to sell tens of $thousands$ in unnecessary repairs. I regret signing for replacing a new wall switch before diagnostics. I had briefly lost power, checked breaker box and GFI outlets which revealed nothing. One side of wall switch had no power. Turns out we had an unknown GFI in an unlikely place which had tripped. Courteous and friendly technician found it and reset it, and charged me a not so friendly $363. He slid a valuable and very heavy heirloom chest of drawers across the carpet without checking with me, risking breakage of a leg. Of his time spent on site, it took him about a minute to reset the GFI. No switch was replaced. They left excessive paperwork, mostly illegible, in an expensive glossy folder. Horrible value. Tactics seemed predatory. Partly on me because I felt pressure to restore light for my remodel crew.

Horrible experience… I was told it was $99 for the service fee on the phone and then the tech proceeded to tell me it would be another $450 to diagnose the problem!!!’ Shameful! I feel sorry for elderly people that get taken advantage of this cheap sales ploy. The communication was terrible! Be better than this milestone.

I have spent over $10,000 in electrical work with them within last two weeks. They also charged for the annual membership fee. They will not take the responsibility of their work when batteries they changed two weeks ago (as part of annual maintenance program) and the smoke detector alarms started beeping all over the house. They wanted to charge $79 for the visit instead of fixing it under the warranty (which they said 5 years.) I would never use Milestone ever again for any of their services. They are highly overpriced, their technicians use high pressure sales tactics, and propose unnecessary work. They proposed $7,600 for plumbing repairs that was less than $500 work and proposed $18,000 for HVAC repairs that is less than $1,000 work.

Most trustworthy plumbing company that I have dealt with. Called them in the summer when we had a gas leak. Before them I called six other plumbers, all certified. Two didn't come out, another came out but had a two thousand dollar difference in o phone quote and in person quote. The others I called would only quote the fee to come out, not to find the leak. Milestone honored their quote and saved my home. They found a problem in my attic that could have burned my house down and fixed it then and there. They will always be the choice of plumbing for my family.

Outdoor switch box was so badly corroded couldn’t be used. He replaced the defective switch and installed a new weatherproof switch box. It cost more than I expected but it would have taken me several trips to Home Depot and a lot of aggravation if I had done the job myself.

He put in a new electric outlet and ran a wire to the switch for me. It works and I'm happy. They're very professional! They always show up on time. They even put on footies so they don't dirty up your house. I appreciate that they respect my property. They do give you prompt service to address your problem and will give you a fair deal.
