We are a small shop with 5 employees. We do general auto repair as well as exhaust and muffler work. We also works on custom cars. We do just about everything except body work. The most important thing I can tell you about our repair shop is that Eldon is the most honest owner you will find in this industry.

A neighbor recommended them to me after he had a lot of mechanical work done on his diesel pick up and they did an excellent job. I was changing spark plugs on my Nissan maxima and the last 2 of the 6 that are on the back side was involved. When I started to take apart what was necessary I determined that I didn’t have the proper tools to do it and so I put it back. I asked my neighbor if he knew somebody and that’s when I took it to Mc Swain. I had people tell me about them before and I have just been using a previous shop and so I didn’t have an occasion to try someone new. It was only when the shop failed to repair what they promised to repair I went to them. Their price was very fair and reasonable. The job was done with a 100% satisfaction. They took me right in on my schedule and it was done on time as promised. Their professionalism was excellent.
Description of Work: I used Mc Swain Garage for auto repair about five months ago. I had them help me with changing spark plugs for my Nissan Maxima.

Went well. Installed good brand pads, turned rotors. McSwain crew is always friendly, polite, competent, experienced, conscientious, and frugal. Nice, small shop.
