It went fine.   He broke one of the shower heads and that was the only issue. They adjusted the price to make up for that, so they addressed it. They left the are fine and the workers were fine.

It went very well.

Used them three times so far.  Recommended by a friend who knows good plumbing.  Good crews, good service.

They were prompt and one time. They gave a time estimate of 2 hours and were spot on. They fixed everything that needed to be done. They cleaned up after themselves. The pricing was good as well.

The showed up on time, and quickly diagnosed the problems. They had appropriate parts with them and diligently fixed our issues. They are very professional and we have had good success with them for a number of years. My wife used them in her old house and we now use them in a different house that we share.

I called them and they were able to come out the next morning (they could have come out that afternoon, but we had a scheduling conflict). They arrived on time and got the job done.

They unplugged the stopped up sink. They also replaced some of the drain itself, which apparently hadn't been put together in the best way previously. The charge to unstop the sink would have been $75, but the extra work added to the price - though only in parts (the labor was the same as they didn't go beyond the 1-hour estimate at $75 they originally told me for just flushing out the stoppage.

They don't charge any additional trip fee or service call fee, which seems to be somewhat common among some plumbers (as a way to boost their overall fee, I suppose).

The sink drain works great. I will use Mai Plumbing again.

I was very pleased with them. They were professional, timely and accommodating. They did a good job and I haven't had any problems.
