I like them because of the fact that it is owned by an individual and it is not a chain type of situation. I could talk to Mr. Paul whenever I called them. They also used to have someone get right back to me that I was familiar with. Mr. Paul had a group of three or four electricians who worked for him and there was at least one of them who used to show up every time. It?s a family owned business. They always tried to work me in or as soon as possible if I had a problem. They were upfront with me about a better way to do something that I wanted to have done that was less expensive. They will also tell you if it?s not safe or if it is not a good idea. I don?t have anything to compare their price to. When they get late, they give me a time window rather than an actual appointment time. I have not called them since we moved to this area. Mr. Paul is an older gentleman and I think they are still operating. We stay not more than 15 minutes from where we used to live. So I think they would come out to this area. If need be, then I would probably use their services in the future too.
