Chris and Terri were terrific to work with on our landscape project. We called them initially to install a large area of new sod in our yard and after a great experience there, we decided to do some extensive updating to our existing flowerbeds around the house. I appreciated their attention to detail and desire to meet our expectations with new plant design and installation. They worked for several days, dodging rain delays, to ensure that the work was completed before a party at our home. We look forward to working with them again in the future!

I had hired Lush for fall cleanup and had decided to consider them for my spring landscape renovation due to their attention to detail. I did get other quotes and Lush was comparable price-wise though with the added benefit of being able to do their own irrigation work. I felt this was important as they are able to ensure the new sod and flowers have adequate water coverage to flourish. As they had selected the plants they would know the water needs of the plants as well.

They completed all of the work and cleaned up, going over and above in some areas. They provided clear instructions for care of the sod.  All questions were answered and any concerns or additional asks were dealt with promptly.

UPDATE:  Its been over 6 months since Lush did the work so I thought it worthwhile updating with our post installation experience.

It became evident fairly quickly that not everything was as it should be....
-They transplanted 10 bushes, although this is risky, the care and attention they promised wasn't taken.  All 10 died, they should have had a better success rate than that.
-The drip irrigation they installed was not fit for purpose.  They made several attempts to address the issue by installing additional lines but they didn't seem to understand why it was insufficient.  In the end I fixed it myself.
-The sod they installed was quite uneven and their assurances about it leveling out came to nothing.  My lawn now has several trenches in it.
-Similar to above, the phlox they planted looked half dead within a few weeks.  Again we got constant assurances about them, half of them are dead.
-I had asked for some purple color in their plant choices and they obliged.  What they didn't tell us is that the plants they selected would only remain purple if planted in full sun.  All our flower beds are in shade.
-When they were done, we bought some annuals and asked them to plant them.  It was done so poorly we had to replant most of them.  The first time it rained, some of them were even washed away because they hadn't been put in the ground at all.
-Despite all of the above we were willing to give them a second chance.  We needed a french drain installed and not wanting to start a new selection process, we got Lush to do it.  All looked fine until we realized they'd installed the surface drain 1.5 inches above the ground.  

In the end we just gave up raising issues with them, it was simply easier to deal with it ourselves as best we could.  I think they acted in good faith, the original comments remain.  They did go above and beyond on numerous things and they were very easy to work with it. Overall, we're more disappointed with the results than anything because one of the goals was easier maintenance and instead we had a summer/fall of lots of maintenance & work.

Our new front yard looks awesome. They clearly care about the quality of their work and want the "finished product" to look as good as possible. Now when we go out to get the mail we pause for a moment to appreciate the neat bushes in the flower beds with fresh mulch and the new green grass. Our HOA does this "yard of the month" thing and our completely redone yard makes me wish they had a "best improved yard of the month" thing. 
They added a drain to our front yard to help with run off as part of the sod installation. Something we would have never thought to ask for. They also made sure to give us very clear direction on watering and caring for new sod so we were able to make sure the sod would take root and start growing with no major problems. 
They offer kind of a customize your plan lawn maintenance and I love that we can have everything maintenance with one company. The only thing we have with another company is pest control. Lush also does irrigation. We had a leak in the sprinkler system earlier in the year and they fixed it promptly for us. 
Their maintenance plan cost seems to be similar to what we were paying our old company who also didn't do as nice a job. 
We had nothing to compare to the cost of the sod install, but it seemed like a completely reasonable amount. 
Mostly, I guess I love their attention to detail the most.

Professional, friendly, prompt and fairly priced. It was late and a last minute request, but they took their time to complete the work with quality. I was more than impressed and will hire them again.
