KL Services/AC & Heating/Contracting

I am selling a house and the inspection required that the AC compressor/condenser (entire outdoor unit) be replaced. Not wanting a solid offer to fall through, I found Ken Felton (owner of KL Services) on line along with a few other AC companies. Ken was not only the first to respond, but one of the only ones that would talk to me without "sending a tech out for a visual inspection and quote, to include a trip charge". Ken gave me a quote when I called on Thursday. He said he would try to install the next day, but I asked to wait until the following Tuesday. Over the next few days, I had a few questions come up - to which he promptly responded to all text. Since I would not be at the house, he let me know when to meet him there when the job would be complete. I was a bit late, so he texted me that he had to leave but would be back to meet me. (love the constant and clear communication). When I arrived the two techs were just finishing up. Both were professional and polite, answering my questions - making sure to leave no mess and hauled off the old unit. Ken then arrived (also very professional and polite) and provided an receipt and warranty, knowing that I would be passing this along to the buyers. With the headache of selling a house, finding out a major repair like this was needed, Ken definitely made it as easy as possible. I would highly recommend.
