I DIDN'T GET ADDITIONAL ESTIMATES, & AFTER SIGNING THE CONTRACT, CAME TO BELIEVE THIS PRICE WAS INFLATED. WHEN I BROUGHT THIS TO THE OWNER'S ATTENTION, HE ACTED UNPROFESSIONALLY. SOME WORKERS WERE TOO CASUAL IN MY HOME FOR MY COMFORT. THE ACTUAL WORK WAS VERY WELL DONE.

MR. CLIFTON PROVIDED A VERBAL COST ESTIMATE WITHOUT WRITTEN ITEMIZATION. HE SAID IF I APPROVED THE VERBAL COST, HE WOULD WRITE UP THE PROPOSAL. I DID NOT LIKE THIS APPROACH AND DIDN'T ACCEPT HIS ESTIMATE.
