Receptionist, vet and assistant were very friendly and caring. They took great care of my sick little dog. Even though an emergency visit came in right before my appointment, they still were able to get us in and out in a timely manner. The vet was very thorough in diaganosing my dog and they did great follow-up. They gave me a timeline of what to look for in her recovery and what signs would signal another visit was needed. I am a worrier, but I felt at ease when I left the office. My dog recovered right on schedule.

I've been going to Kindness Small Animal hospital for several years, prior to Dr. Neeman purchasing the clinic. I really missed the prior vet initially but Dr. Neeman has been great. They were very kind during the difficult decisions of euthanizing a pet. I have one cat and two elderly dogs currently. One dog has congestive heart failure and is on daily medication. Dr. Neeman has talked to us about the limited options available. I think our little guy has surprised everyone by doing as well as he has for as long as he has. Our other dog is also elderly and is starting to have difficulty with arthritis. I trust Dr. Neeman to do what he can for our elderly pets.

My 13 year old cat had to be euthanized. The animal gotten very sick and was not eating or behaving normally. The Vet did a very thorough exam and discussed the options. I determined the it was best to euthanize the cat. The Vet and staff were very professional and understanding.

Once again, Dr. Neeman and his support staff were awesome. Love this vet, cannot recommend him enough! Been going to him for many years now and he has helped us with our 3 dogs and 4 cats (down to 1 cat now). He has always been extremely compassionate and that filters down through the staff.

They are our vets and they take care of our animals. They have extremely professional staff and they are a very caring group. They do follow up calls to make sure that your pet is okay after it comes home. They are a first class operation. They are very attentive. Even when we board our animals there the vets check on them from time to time to make sure that they are okay. They are very attentive to the animals and very responsive if there are any concerns about them.

I've been taking my animals to Dr Neeman upon the recommendation of a family friend. He and all of his staff have treated us with nothing but respect and kindness.
I needed to board my cat, as we were having the floors replaced in our house. I called for reservations, i was given the options of a large cage or the and quot;condoand quot;, a three level living area. I chose the and quot;condoand quot; for Kittymae, as I felt kinda guilty removing her from her home. The home project took a day longer than expected (isn't that the way it usually goes?). All I had to do was call and it was no problem extending her stay for another day! I was allowed to come to the back to visit her, the and quot;condoand quot; was clean and very roomy. They also bathed her, trimmed her nails and updated her shots.
I have also taken my dogs there for grooming and updating their shots.
The hospital is very clean, no animal smell at all!

We are there all the time. It's not that they are expensive but we seem we spend a lot there. It's a great office. He does really well as he is specialized in treating bull dog type of breeds. We love the staff. We recommend lot of friends and all of our family goes there. We have recommended him couple of times.

The folks at Kindness are always great. We have had regular grooming done there, boarding while we were on vacations, normal bedical treatment and even surgery. Our two pugs really love the staff there. They are always interested, involved, and take great care of our dogs whether its, simple grooming, boarding, or more serious medical issues. They have been and will continue to be our preferred care provider for our "kids with fur". They can be a little pricey, but not any more than any other Vet that we've dealt with. Highly recommended.

Latest was 15 month old dog suddenly loosing appetite Vet could have run a large bill in tests, but recommended a full plan to watch him and add tests only when they were needed. Called the house to check on status and ensured if we had problems they would meet us at the office. Two days on medicated food and the dog was back bouncing off the walls

Every time we have gone to this vet we are completely satisfied. They really take the time out to show they care about every animal they see. I find that their professionalism and courteous attitude is unparalleled. I highly recommend this group if you have an animal and are looking for a team that will be there for you to really support the life of your animal.

I like them quite a bit. They are very tuned to the animals and seems to really care. The place is clean and has a very friendly environment. They are compassionate and friendly with the animals as well. I would recommend them.

I like this place because they are very nice and clean. The people that watch the animals are loving and caring towards them. They do offer grooming services as well. My cat does not seem to be malnourished or sad when I pick him up.

SHE WAS VERY SWEET WITH OUR ANIMALS FROM WHAT WE SAW AND KEPT EVERYTHING NEAT AND THE DOGS WERE VERY HAPPY. THE PLANTS LOOKED GOOD, AND THE HOUSE STAYED CLEAN.
