He was able to use some spare parts from another computer to save me some money. He was very good and nice. I would use him in the future if I have to.

Friendly service. Outside the store, I asked another customer if he had used JRJ before. He said he and several coworkers had used them and were happy with their service. He also commented that it had been his experience that they stand behind their work.

I gave these guys my computer with a bit of reluctance because I didn't know them. Not only did they return my computer in good working order but they cleaned it up, backed up my files and provided additional "at home" support after wards as well. I highly recommend them and am even adding them to my home owners association list for referrals also. They worked honestly, effectively, and provided a great service at a low cost.
