It was went smooth.

We removed 20 of the tiles that had come loose but could find no water.  The plumber from Jackson Plumbing used a listening devise and said there was a water leak under the slab where to tiles had popped off.  He jackhammered a 3X3X5 foot hole in the middle of my kitchen floor but could fine not one drop of water.  He said to leave the hole open for two days to see if any water appeared.  None did.  He then decided I did NOT have a leak under the slab.

I was originally told it would take a couple of hours, instead it was spread over three days.  I wasted an entire week, three days waiting for them to arrive for the first appointment and three days after that before I asked them to please fill in the hole in the middle of my kitchen floor.  I have used this company for 15 years and never had any problems.  Am very sorry to loose who I thought was a good service provider.  They also arrived several hours late both times they came. 

Claimed to fix toilet & did not& wasn't too interested in fixing it. Just wanted to get in and out fast

Installed two new cut-off valves. Think that $189 is excessive for 1.5 hours work.

The gentleman was very polite, did a good job for a reasonable price, and arrived on time.  He completed the job quickly, too.

Scott Jackson was very professional and friendly. However they were suppose to show up on  a Monday nobody called me and Tuesday I got a call and he had been sick and he apologized and they came out later that week and did a good job.

I contacted Jackson Plumbing early on the day of service.  They were able to source and replace my water heater that same day (they were done shortly after lunchtime).   They communicated what time they would be onsite and then arrived on time.

Removal and haul off of the old (13 year old ) water heater.
Installed to code a new unit.
I have worried about this day for years since my water heater is located in my attic (2 story house).  I actually was not sure the unit could be removed via the pull down attic stairs.   Jackson plumbing handled it without any issues.  The price was fair especially given the location of the old water heater and I definitely would not hesitate to call them again!

I called Scot on Wednesday May 1, 2013 to schedule an appointment.  I told him it was not an emergency so to just work me in whenever he would be back in Plano.  He said he was pretty busy but would try and get to me on Friday.  When Friday came he was still backed up with other jobs so he called and rescheduled for Monday.  He was here on time Monday and completed the entire job in less than one hour.  We have on old house so he had to remove some of the brick before he could replace the faucet.  He replaced the faucet and replaced the brick.  I wish all contractors were as reliable and ethical as Scot.

They did very well. They were average but they were honest. The workers were very courteous.

He goes above and beyond with his jobs. His prices are very reasonable and he was good enough to come back and replace a faucet with no service charge.

They are very reliable. They come when it is scheduled. If it is not an emergency he just shows up and sends me the bill when he is through. I have used him for about five jobs over the last ten years.
