Always on time, took care when going through the rest of the house to the job site, cleaned up after themselves, quality is top notch, very responsive to questions, open, friendly, professional and stayed within budget. After experiencing many contractors throughout the full renovation of our home, we can attest that John and Justin Brown are the best we've ever come across. John patiently worked with us, explaining every detail of the process so we had a comfort level with the plan. John helped us select tile and grout so we knew we were building a shower to last. When John and Justin weren't working hands-on, they were always on site supervising subcontractors. John even went so far as to question the tile guy with our selections to confirm he knew the best approach before getting started. After each day, the team meticulously cleaned the areas they used, right down to the foyer where they entered our home. We can't recommended John and Justin enough.

The work performed not only by Mr. Brown but the sub-contractors as well, exceeded our expectations. We were very comfortable with everyone working to complete this project. While the tear-out was extensive, the crew kept the mess centrally located and was swift in removing any debris. Mr. Brown took our vision of a master suit and made it reality. The granite counter tops and new double vanity provide an elegant and spacious appearance. The new floors lead us to an updated walk-in shower that turned the bathroom into a more modern room. Throughout the remodel process, Mr. Brown kept us informed each step of the way and was professional in answering any questions we had. The customer service shown was some of the best we have seen when working with contractors. Another perfect job from JBrown Remodeling. First, as always, John & Justin put in the extra effort to keep the dirt and dust under control when removing the tile flooring and all the carpeting, then sweeping and vacuuming the floors to make them ready for the new floors. It greatly helped keep all the other rooms nice and clean. The new floors look fantastic! And to make it even better, they went through the extra effort of removing the trim molding from the bottom of all the walls, then replacing them once the new floors were in. This added a very clean and professional look. They even repainted the trim molding once reinstalled. The floors were all installed in a single day, allowing us to again "live" in those spaces quickly. I have hired John for other work in the past and have recommended him to a friend who also hired him and is just as pleased with the work. You just cannot go wrong with these guys. They always go the extra mile!!

The work was very well done; they were professional, quick, and clean! They cleaned up after themselves and intruded very little on our lives. We appreciate the thoughtfulness they showed in design and materials.

In a word, perfect! The job was done with expert care and experience. The demolition of the old stuff went fast, plumbing was redone, and the new shower and linen closet were up ahead of schedule. We also wanted a space in the shower wall to hold soap and shampoos. The added nitch came out fantastic! No fuss, no muss, John was very attentive to keeping the dust under control, and his efforts payed off. I have since hired John for other work and have recommended him to a friend who also hired him and is just as pleased with the work.
