The entire operation takes place outside of my den i.e., I watched virtually everything for the entire time the crews were here.  They were meticulous, almost flawless (they fixed any imperfections that I found), and professional.  Their ceramic tile setter was magnificent.
As with any crew based service, the project supervisor is the key to getting good work accomplished.  Hector Guzman was my project manager.  You couldn't have asked for a better interface on a project of this magnitude.  Though not here the entire time with other crews to supervise, he was always in contact with me.  
I was so pleased with the the way the pool resurfacing went that I awarded them (Hector) another major ($) project reworking the plumbing in my pool house.  It went equally as well.

It went great.  Juan was able to price the job using the engineer's report, and he came out to see the house as well.  He showed up promptly with his crew on the day we scheduled work and was able to do all the work and gutters in one day.   They took great care not to get my house dirty when they came inside to access the crawl space and were sweet to my dogs.  There was one additional piece of work that was not stated in the engineer's report that Juan felt was necessary, so he did that work too without charging any additional for it bc he wanted the work to be right. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him.

The customer service was excellent and they fixed our drainage problems.
