INTERCERAMIC TILE & STONE

(I had to guess on the date of service, because I couldn't remember exactly.  Also, I put $0.00 for the cost of service because we ordered everything through our builder, and so we are unsure as to the exact cost.)
     Debbie is so sweet, and treated us so well when we ran into the showroom at the last minute before they closed.  My husband and I were in the process of building a house, and our builder told us we could go to Interceramic to look at tile samples (since our builder had only a limited selection of tile at their office).
     We didn't make an appointment with Interceramic, and  we got there shortly before they closed because my husband was unable to get out of work earlier.  Debbie was there when we got there, and she didn't mind at all that we had gotten there so close to closing, and that we needed help.  She was so nice, and was so willing to help us.
     Then after we left and were still in the parking lot, we wound up running back in right at closing time because we realized that we had forgotten to look at the grout samples.  (We had chosen a tile that was on display on the floor there, and we liked the grout that they had chosen to go with it).  When we ran back in, Debbie smiled.  She was not annoyed at all.  She was still so pleasant, and so happy to help us.
     When we asked what the name/number of the grout was, she had to go into the back and ask around until someone was able to come up with the answer.  This is because it was hard to tell exactly what color it was since it was installed on the floor in an area that gets a lot of foot traffic, which can change the color somewhat over time.  This took a minute or two, but she didn't mind.
     Thank you, Debbie for the wonderful service.  Our home is now built, and the tile is beautiful and durable!
