I called the company and the receptionist had the owner call me back right away to set up a time. He was on time, quick and professional. His workers came out on the day we decided on and did a great job - it was extremely fast and hassle-free. From start to finish - this company was pretty good.Also, the price is unbeatable - this was the third company I'd called for this window. I was quoted upto $700 and these guys did it for under $200.

Tommy was very responsive in both providing a quote and in getting the job done once we gave the go-ahead. Installers were great - pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable. Will definitely keep their number on file for when our other windows need new glass!

I and H was recommended to me by a contractor that was doing other work. Tommy at I and H was very responsive and called me back right away. He came out the next day and provided me with an estimate. The worker came out the day after and put in new panes. I was also provided with an alternate solution that made my bill even lower but I got the same results. Awesome company.

The experience was ok, but the price changed in the middle of the process. They left a mess around the window of silicone or whatever other materials they used to install the glass. Inside was also left dirty. They were very responsive... and quick to come out and give an estimate.

It started slow--they didn't show up when they said they would and we had to reschedule, which is always a hassle when you are meeting a contractor at your home. However, they finished strong. They were on time the second time, got the job done quickly and well, and were friendly and responsive. I would use them again.

I phoned the company, and they sent a person over to spec and measure the glass while I was not at home. They sent a person to install the glass, again while I was not home, but they called and said that it required me being their because they were afraid that broken glass may fall inside the house and damage the floor or furniture. I met the guys from the company on their third visit, and they removed the old and installed the new glass. The glass looks great, and it conforms with the look of the adjacent panes.

I would use them again.

The estimator came over exactly when he said he would and got me my estimate by the next day, which was identical to the rough estimate he gave me over the phone. The two installers were right on time and were careful with the installation, and explained the strengths and weaknesses of a frameless glass door. The installation took maybe 45 minutes. They even demonstrated to me how to fix the handle if it should it become loose. All in all I could not be happier with I and H.

My dog pushed a chair into the center pane of a 9 pane picture window this morning. I called at 9 AM and they quoted me $103 for the size 2'x3' fixed pane. I was told I would get a call from the installers before they came sometime this afternoon. He called by 1:30 PM and arrived before 2 PM. Upon inspection of the window he explained the window would cost more because of the putty fit around the full pane and no glass stops. Before beginning any work he called to confirm the cost of $140 and explained since it was the center of 9 if another pane broke the additional cost for the additional pane would be $60. They carefully worked to remove the rest of the broken glass without damaging another panes and installed the new panel and putty/silicone frame in less than an hour.

I called this company for a quote on a 3' x 3' window that was smashed during a break-in. They had the second lowest quote and were available to come the same day. They came fairly promptly, but did not call first so that I'd know what time to expect them as I had been told that they would. About 30 minutes after the new glass was installed, it cracked. I called I and H back and they came out the next morning and replaced it. They even held my check until I was completely satisfied with their work.

My husband called and left a message on Saturday and received a return call first thing Monday morning; the workers were to arrive at 10:30 a.m. (that same day) and although they were about 20 minutes late, it was worth it. The two men were very nice, had all the equipment they needed on their truck, and the price was right. They were in and out within an hour and a half. We were very pleased with their services.

The two workmen were prompt in arriving, and as stated above, did not even have to enter the house. They were polite, did the job quickly and efficiently, cleaned up the residual broken glass from the concrete porch, only took about 45 minutes for the whole job, and were very efficient and polite. They also measured my bathtub/shower for an estimate for installation of sliding glass doors (for which they did have to enter the house, naturally), and were efficient in doing so. (They said that they would have the owner call me to give me an estimate later.) I considered the whole experience to be completely satisfactory, and would not hesitate to use them again. I am awaiting the estimate on the shower door, and, if it is not too expensive for my budget, expect to have them install that, as well.
