One day the pergo was installed. Good job. Then the next day the carpet was installed. The pergo installers said the carpet people would put in the transitions (piece between rooms where carpet meets tile or pergo or vinyl.) so the carpet people didn’t put them in either. They said the pergo people were supposed to do it . So finally a few days later a nice man came and put transitions in where they were needed. He even fixed the one that the pergo people did put in between the kitchen and the dining room which was loose. It all looks good.

The service was good. They let me know what I needed to use to clean the carpet and they told me how the cleaner needed to look when I brought it back. They were able to provide the service that was needed. They are usually pretty good. They are professional and always get me the product that is needed. For the windows they did a good job and they showed up on time. They cut my heating and air conditioning by 50%.

The professional design expert gave us lots of choices and provided clear explanations about the process of resurfacing rather than replacing our kitchen cabinets. After choosing a Martha Stewart selection and signing the contract, the project manager came within a few days to take detail drawings and to further explain how the work would be accomplished, beginning on a Monday morning and to be finished by Friday of the same week. A few weeks later, after receiving the Martha Stewart special orders, the cabinet installation team called to set up a time to do the work. They arrived promptly that first Monday morning and each morning afterward. They stripped down all the cabinets, sanding them to a smooth finish, and then applied the resurfacing materials to the outside of all the existing cabinet frames. New doors were added. All drawers were replaced with self closing slides. The countertop installation team came on Wednesday and said they would need four hours. They finished in four hours and ten minutes. Very professional. The cabinet team was finished Thursday afternoon. It is a total turnkey job except for having to coordinate with a plumber to complete the connections to the new sink. Everything went like clockwork. The quality of the materials and workmanship was exceptional. The installation teams were very professional and very personable. We couldn't be happier with the new kitchen.

It was convenient and I had a credit card. It was very complicated and took me almost a month to get the doors ordered. The installation went smoothly. Just the order process was difficult. The guys who came were great. They showed up right on time. They explained everything that they were doing. I watched them and they did the work quickly. They took two and a half hours to do the work. They answered any questions I had. They asked about the alarm system and things that would have made things easier in the future. They were really good. The quality of work was excellent. I need to get three more doors replaced. I would use them in the future.

I went to home depot to purchase my ceiling fans. I talk to a salesman and told him that my house is very old and I needed a fan that did not use a lot of electricity because I was afraid if I got one that used a lot of electricity it would blow a fuse in my house. I was able to purchase two smalls ones. At first I thought the celling fans would be too small to help us but in fact they were just right.

HOME DEPOT HAD THE BEST PRICE BY 15%. INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES KNEW THEIR AREA OF SERVICE VERY WELL.

THE SALESMAN WAS SO KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS DEPARTMENT, THAT I SPENT A LOT MORE MONEY THAN I WOULD HAVE ON MY STOVE.

THE SALESPERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL EXPLAINING THE CARPET DIFFERENCES. THE INSTALLATION TEAM WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS.
