I have used HIS Overhead Door service ever since I moved into my house almost 10 years ago. They have performed service at my home at least 3-4 times during this time. During this time, their service has always remained the same. They have always worked around and accomodated my work schedule. I highly recommend this company and I will continue to use them in the future.
"We try to understand the issue on the customers door or opener from the phone call. I do not have any information and do not know the communication . We try to give the customer's good information. It is our responsibility that each customer understand what we are doing and how much it will cost. If we had understood it was just a battery we would have told her to replace it. The charge for a trip charge is our standard charge which on most jobs covers trip/labor and the cost of parts. the trip charge includes adjustment of door and opener as well as lubrication and safety check. We received no complaint to have an opportunity to resolve to issue at that time. I, as a customer, would not feel good about that cost just to replace a battery. We will review our service request and communicate much better. I regret this has happened."
"I would question the second tech. Springs break from normal use, you can not make a spring. We hold ourselves to a high level of honest and we stand behind all of work. I regret this report and will follow up with all our techs to assure we communicate much better."
