VERY FRIENDLY RECEPTIONIST AND SERVICE TECHNICIAN. DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB CLEANING THE COILS. SCHEDULED FOR NEXT DAY SERVICE, THEY CALLED TO CONFIRM THE SCHEDULED TIME AND WERE PUNCTUAL.

THE WORK TOOK TWO DAYS, BUT IT WAS WELL DONE AND NEAT. WE HAD ONE SMALL PROBLEM, WITH RECORD KEEPING, WHEN WE NEEDED TO CALL THEM BACK, BUT OTHER THAN THAT, EVERYTHING WAS FINE.
