When my husband died Don helped me re-build my kitchen. He is very observant and looks for problems to fix and is extraordinarily thorough. Extremely reasonable. I’ve used him for 25 years.

Excellent.  Contacted me several times prior to scheduled service via email to discuss exact requirements and colors for equipment to be installed.  Called prior to arrival to notify that he was on his way.  Exactly on time for both appointment and his estimate of arrival while traveling.  Really enjoyed working with him.  A very soft-spoken gentlemen with a fine, dry sense of humor.  The BEST part...when you call Don you get Don.  He is a one man operation and extremely successful and busy via word of mouth only...no INet or advertising and no constant changes in crews coming to your house.

He was meticulous in his make ready, installation and clean up.  The quality of his installation was top notch.  While he was here, we discussed some other work I needed and his quote was very fair and reasonable and we will be seeing each other again for that.  We intend to put Don on our list of go-to vendors and will call him for both our electrical and plumbing requirements.  It is a pleasure to find people like this in a world full of rip off artists and service people who work with carelessness and resentment.

The experience was very good. I think he was on time for every visit. He did very good work. I did not have to watch over his shoulder to make sure he was doing a good job. He was good at providing options and thinking about what needed to be done. He had a very good attitude as well. I felt he was honestly doing what was best not what was easiest. I will definitely continue to use Mr. Heetderks.
