I recommend exploring other options if time permits. They started the clock before contacting me but only by a couple of minutes so it wasn’t a big deal at the time. One of the young ones scraped the wall in my new build leaving a mark and later used his feet to forcefully move the boxes from the dolly, which broke most of my glasses. I anticipated some minor issues so again I let it go. However, I later realized that they broke a chunk off of my dresser. Their response was if we broke it there would be pieces in the truck. This dresser has not been moved since it was delivered 18 months prior. I also hired a 4 man crew but there was never a time when all 4 of them were actually working. These people lack integrity. I wish I had gone with another option. They also left a mountain of wrap in my home and didn’t fully unwrap all of the furniture. The owner becomes hostile and insulting when faults are brought to his attention so be aware.

When I start looking for movers, I didn't even finish looking when they already called me (quick!). They were on time and never wasted my time during move! They were friendly and professional over the phone and personally. Carlos,T and his partner were very detailed letting me know about any problems the furniture had and being advocates in this situation. I felt that they care! They also are very patient! The price was affordable ( I have to ask a few times to make sure I didn't misunderstood :-) ). I will have more projects like this in the future and I would definitely call them for help!

Tony and his crew were outstanding from start to finish. He was upfront about all costs and how long the job was likely to take. They handled all of our belongings with care, and they even tackled a few odd jobs, such as removing a door to fit a couch into a room. Very highly recommended.

To clarify the overall "F" is for when the move was over, The work itself was an "A". The three person crew worked extremely hard, was professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. What made me upset was that when I returned to my apartment after they had delivered to my storage unit; they had left 6 items and the mattress that they agreed to dump. The supervisor Tony had my number when I was at the storage place in Frisco and could have told me why he left them but didn't call. I called when I saw and he gave me the excuse that it could not fit in the 24ft truck they had! A small end table, large tray, circular mirror, and a medium size box! He said that he would come back the next day which is today, Friday, and remove the mattress, he gave his word. He didn't call and show up. It's too heavy to move so I'm sure my apartment will take that out my security deposit! In addition the time it took to go back to Frisco from Dallas to add those 6 pieces left to storage, left a bad taste in my mouth. I tipped each generously and bought water and Gatorade and offered lunch, and the manager could not keep his word to at least come back and do what was asked. I was going to use them for my move to Houston since the work was excellent, but they lost that opportunity. Very disappointed.

The price was ok. They took apart my Lay Z Boy to move it and it was loose when they put it back together. Lay Z Boy were able to tighten up for me at no extra charge.

It went fantastic!! The gentleman I spoke with to make the appointment was friendly and professional. The men that did the actual moving were cheerful and so pleasant. I was stressed by the whole move but they were polite and friendly and removed the stress of getting things put where I wanted them to go. They were very reassuring and a high point of a very stressful time. I'm really happy with this company and would suggest them to anyone.

The guys did a great job - communicated ahead of time, were punctual, took care of my belongings and worked diligently to complete the move in the allotted amount of time.

I have used other movers and have moved across states in the past, but these young men were one of the best movers in their professionalism, care, attentiveness and excellence in moving. I am very particular and they were as sensitive to my being particular which I appreciated. We would without hesitation use them again and recommend them to others.

This guys were the greatest! I had spoken to Tony to set up my move with 3 guys, and he was super courteous. They told me they would move me between 8-10, but would call beforehand to give me an exact ETA. They did, and arrived almost right on time! There were actually 4 movers, but I wasn't charged extra. They all introduced themselves to me and were super polite, even when I was being scatterbrained and kept remembering other things that needed to be moved. They wrapped all the furniture, were careful both loading and unloading, and nice to my not-so-nice dogs. The move only ended up taking 3 hours, and the price was very reasonable. I fully recommend hiring Heavy Movers for your next move.

They did a very good job, very careful with items and worked very quickly and professionally. Would hire again, and would recommend without reservations. Also, due to my forgetting that I had pre-paid through Angies List, paid full price plus one hour extra (very justified) when work completed. Owner called me within an hour, pointing this out, and started the refund process. Very honest and heartening to see good business practices.

They gave me a true estimate of what it would cost, arrived on time and with extra boxes in case I need them, offered to help pack things I hadn't gotten to yet, took special care with electronics and other items like antiques even stayed to help make sure everything was working and the way I wanted.

They were faster then I thought they would be. The overall move went excellent.
