**Warning: Do Not Hire This Company** We engaged this company through our contractor for a project that was initially estimated to take 4-5 days. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward job has extended into months, and the company has since walked away without completing the work. The scope of the project included repairing our entrance step, applying a new layer of concrete to our front patio, and regrouting the front cast stone balustrade. On the day they poured the concrete, we informed them that it had sprinkled in the morning. Despite this, they assured us that it would be fine. Unfortunately, it rained that same night, resulting in significant damage to the concrete, which is now cracked and lifting off. They promised to address this issue. Additionally, after we agreed on a light tan grout finish, they applied a sand-colored grout that looks unappealing. Julian, the owner, claimed the colors were the same and expressed confusion

Julian and his team did a great job. Their rates were reasonable, especially when compared to a quote provided by a large well known provider (Julian came in at half). I am super happy with the work, which was completed on time. Julian also helped fixed a lot of smaller issues, which would have cost me several hundred dollars to fix individually. I would highly recommend him and hire him again in a heartbeat.
