I took my Ryoby blower in for repair. The blower would only run at idle and would die anytime I throttled it up. I took it in and the attendant (I wish I had gotten his name) said it would be a $30 deposit which would be taken off the final bill and that it would be about 20 days before it was ready to pick up. As he was taking down my information and the information on the blower, he said, " Let me look at something." Then he took it out back, started it up and revved it up several times, killed it and brought it back to me. He said that the fuel line was loose and was sucking air. He pushed the fuel line further up the carburetor fuel intake and proclaimed it fixed -- nothing wrong with the blower. He suggested that the fuel like had come loose from vibration, and that I just need to keep an eye on it. When I asked him how much that would cost, he said, "No charge." I know where I'll be taking my lawn equipment for repair from now on -- fully expecting to pay for service rendered, but knowing that I will be treated fairly!

Garlands was the worst experience I have ever had. My mower was not fixed and when I called back and was told to bring it back which I did, I was charged a second fee of $75.

THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND REASONABLY PRICED. THEY HAVE REPAIRED OTHER EQUIPMENT I HAVE, LIKE A WEED-EATER. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND SAVED ME MONEY IN THE LONG RUN.
