Great company!!! The first time I used Garland Roofing was in 2011 when Malcolm was still around. They repaired a hole in the roof caused by my tree. Very reasonable prompt and professional. I used them again for siding repairs later that year. The next time we used them was 2016 to replace our roof. We called them out several times in between 2011 and 2016 to check the roof when other roofers were telling us it needed to be replaced. Each time they said it didn’t need it and they were right. After replacing the roof in 2016 we called them about a leak and it turned out to be an issue caused by the AC company. Garland Roofing fixed it anyway. I wouldn’t call anyone else. They are the best.

Well done, fast and clean.

It went fine and they cleaned up after themselves.  It was 10 years ago.
 I looked at their listing on Angie's list this year but did not contact them this year because I decided to take advantage of a special offer for a check of the roof by Roofing Solutions of Texas.
I am only giving a review now because I didn't spot a place to tell Angie's List I hadn't contacted them this year

Great guys, showed up on time, really friendly, great job so I have no complaints about them.

They were very quick to get me an estimate and even quickier at finishing the work. Both were done quickly with much attention to details such as clean up. We are VERY happy!!

Came out when he said he would and gave estimate. Price was very fair for the work needed. I am now looking at a work of art on my roof. Can not believe the transformation. Almost glad the hail storm destroyed my roof. The crew was very good and completed the work in 6 days.

I called Garland Roof because I noticed water stains in the ceiling of one of the upstairs bathroom. They came out and diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for the work that needed to be done. I gave them the ok to do the repairs and the work was completed the next day. Garland Roofing folks are honest and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone.  Thanks

He came out and repaired the roof and even gave me advice on how to properly trim my trees to keep them from harming the roof. I only paid him half in advance and wanted to wait until the roof was inspected before I pay the remainder. He hasn't hassled me for money and has been very patient about making sure I am pleased before he gets the rest of his payment.

Our roof was damaged by hail and needed to be replaced. Also, we han asphalt shingle on top of wood shake shingle - and both had to be remover and new decking put down before the new asphalt shingle. We requested a very special shingle that qualifies for a $1,500 tax credit. They got it with no problem. The new roof was put on efficiently by a very professional team. Cleanup was terrific. It looks great! Garland Roofing is the BEST!!

Called company, roofer came and worked for 2 days, 3rd day further evaluation completed and 2 roofers completed the job. I was consulted as to the problems with leaking showing in the interior or house. All employees were friendly, respectful and skilled in what they were doing. I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and overall competency of the company.

We were concerned about getting someone interested in a small job like this. A neighbor recommended them. When I called the lady said an estimator would get back with us. He did the next day and came right over, went on the roof to look for the problem and fixed it. He just charged for the repair, not the service call. Extremely helpful guy. He said if the fix didn't work the money we spent would be applied to the next step. The fix seems to have worked. Will definitely use them again.

MADE AN APPOINTMENT, KEPT THE APPOINTMENT ON TIME. FIXED THE ROOF IN A TIMELY MANNER. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. DID A GOOD JOB.

Excellent! My builder recommended calling Garland roofing and they were able to send someone out the next day. Little did I know that they were able to complete 90% of the work on the estimating call, and the other 10% the next day when they had the part. The service person was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Their estimate was reasonable and they were quickly able to fix the issue! I would highly recommend Garland Roofing as your first call when you need help!

Installation was very expeditious and well-done.

GARLAND ROOFING SALES AND THE FOLKS WHO DID THE ACTUAL WORK WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID GREAT QUALITY WORK. I HAVE WORKED WITH THEM IN THE PAST AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO THE NEXT TIME WE GET A HAIL STORM.
