GARLAND PEST MANAGEMENT

In the Spring of 2011, we had a termite infestation and needed immediate treatment. Dennis rescheduled once, but then came and provided treatment. On Dennis' recommendation, we signed an ongoing contract with him for termite prevention and paid the >1000 for that. Our bait traps that he set went off in June of 2011 and he had indicated we should contact him when they go off for replacement. He indicated he would get back to me. He called me back in July during my daughter's birthday party so I asked if I could return his call, he agreed. I called him a couple of days later (July 8th) and he didn't answer or return my calls. I continued to call him periodically and leave messages. By August, I grew concerned for his welfare and contacted our mutual friend. I had just rang Dennis's cell phone again and received no answer. My friend immediately called him and he immediately answered her call. When she asked why he was avoiding my calls, he indicated that he was working out of state and would call me back right away. He has never called back. That was in 2011. It is now 2013. Suffice is to say Dennis of Garland Pest Control does not honor his contracts for termite prevention.
