Anyone can do well when things go right; the real test is what you do when things go wrong. Garland Heating and Air Conditioning was replacing the ductwork in our 40-year-old home. While they were working, I heard a noise like a big toolbox being knocked over. I walked into my dining room to find one of the installers had lost his balance and fallen through our ceiling. The good news is that he is OK. The other good news is that they were not just apologetic, within an hour, they had a sheetrock crew there to fix it. By the time they left, a little after 6, the ceiling looked like it did the day before. Many thanks to the entire team at GHAC, you guys are awesome. Oh, and BTW, when we were getting bids on the work, Ted, our sails guy, talked us out of spending extra on stuff we didn't need. Why would you ever go anywhere else for HVAC stuff?

I had recently installed a thermostat and things just weren’t right. They came out looked and decided thermostat was bad. They would install but basically said go to store pick one up and save some cash.Was so relieved when I spend $30 and fixed it myself. Any one else would have tried to sell me a unit. Honest good people.
