I paid him for a maintenance contract that he did not deliver on.

Chip was super friendly and on time. I purchased the $49, 21 point inspection. He said everything was good to go and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Just an honest guy doing great work. I highly recommend and will be back to him in the future.

Chip provided us with service above and beyond. Even though he showed up at the wrong house (due to my mistake at incorrectly listing our home address), he willingly came back out to Plano from Garland the same day. Chip provided us with a very detailed report of how our system was functioning and had to add a bit of freon. He was very professional and quite friendly. My husband and I were both very pleased and would gladly recommend him to the Angie's List family of consumers.

Needed a/c repair and Chip was THE MAN.  Although the area I was in wasn't his usual, he made a great effort!  
After reviewing the operation of the unit, he found the a/c unit's Freon level was low, which in turn kicked a low pressure switch and shut down the a/c unit.  Chip was forthright and explained in detail what he did, how he did it and what to expect in the future.
I will definitely use GAC Services Company, Inc. again!!!

They were fine. They did an excellent job on diagnosing and getting it started working again until it's time to replace the unit. They did a wonderful job.  Their price was a little bit different from someone I used before. As far as price goes, they were just a little bit more pricey than another company that I used.

The last cold spell that we had, the furnace would not work when turned back on.  I have a Frigidaire system that is under warranty so I looked on their website to locate an authorized dealer.  GAC Service Company was the first one listed for my zip code so I gave them a call.  Chip answered and I scheduled an appointment for the following day.  He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem.  The air filters had become too dirty to allow the proper air flow so a switch had been tripped.  He reset the switch and the furnace fired right up.  At that time, he noticed that the furnace exhaust flume was incorrectly installed and broken at one elbow, allowing fumes to be released into the attic.  Chip also said that the gas supply line was not up to code and that it needed to be fixed by running solid pipe extending out from the unit before connecting to the flex pipe.  He scheduled a time with me to come out in two days to complete that work.  He arrived promptly and completed the repairs and service.
He was prompt, professional and courteous.  I will utilize his services again and would recommend him to others.

Hot August day with our 6 month old the outside unit would run off and on all day but not cool the house. Called GAC via a recommendation from family friends, Mr. Wilkerson arrived on time and as promised. He checked to make sure we had plenty of freon in the unit and made sure it was not frozen up. He determined that the defrost board on the outside unit had burned up and was able to show me where it had done so. He happened to have a board with him by chance and was able to replace the board and have us back up and running in about 15 mins. Savior we did not have to pack up and stay at a hotel that night with the baby. Thank you again for getting us up and running again.

He cleaned the coils and did an evaluation. It went well; he was punctual, courteous, cleaned up his mess well, and put everything back the way he found it. I have already recommennded him to a friend and would recommend him to others as well.

THE HEATING UNIT WENT OUT ON THE GUEST SIDE OF OUR HOME. I CALLED GAC SERVICES AS A REFERRAL FROM ONE OF MY CLIENTS. THE TECHNICIAN ( CHIP WILKERSON ) SHOWED UP AT MY HOME ON TIME TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. THAT PARTICULAR UNIT WAS NEARLY 12 YEARS OLD. THE AIR HANDLER HAD GONE OUT AND THE SYSTEM HAD A FREON LEAK AS WELL. AFTER DISCUSSING SEVERAL OPTIONS, WE DECIDED TO GO AHEAD AND AND REPLACE THE SYSTEM WITH A MORE ENERGY EFFICIENT PRODUCT WITH A TEN YEAR WARRANTY. THE CREW SHOWED UP PROMPTLY THE FOLLOWING MORNING AND WITHIN A FEW HOURS HAD REPLACED THE EQUIPMENT, TESTED EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY, AND CLEANED UP SO THAT THERE WAS NO TRACE OF THEM BEING THERE. THE WORKERS WERE POLITE AND RESPECTFUL OF MY PROPERTY AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
