Absolutely no issues! Love the work Chavas did for me. I explained the project I needed done and he got it done in a timely manner. Caveat is, he paid for all the materials upfront and submitted all receipts to me. In a time where you worry about contractors running off with your down payment, I had no such worry with Chavas. Upon receiving receipts and agreed price for labor I reimbursed him accordingly. His pricing was generous and didn’t break the bank. If I could post pictures of the work he did here on the app I would post it for all to see.
