THESE FOLKS WERE FRIENDLY, RESPONSIVE, AND A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. THEY TRUSTED ME TO MAIL THEM PAYMENT SINCE I COULD NOT BE AT MY HOME WHEN THE WORK WAS DONE. I DID HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE DOOR NOT OPENING PROPERLY WHEN I GOT HOME, BUT A QUICK PHONE CALL TO MR. FLANAGAN SOLVED THE PROBLEM, AS HE EXPLAINED WHAT I NEEDED TO DO. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

MR. FLANAGAN WAS PROMPT IN RETURNING MY INITIAL CALL AND WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME A PRICE IMMEDIATELY. WE SET A TIME THAT WAS CONVENIENT TO ME, AND HE WAS ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENT. HE COMPLETED THE JOB IN A SHORT TIME.
