work quality was good & workers hauled off old materials....6 months after the deck was sealed and stained, one of the boards began to leak an incredible amount of sap...the board could not be walked on (12' long)...I called for a new board and the owner said, sorry, materials aren't guaranteed...that's crazy...offered to replace it for $85 trip charge + cost of new board...I replaced it in 15 min myself...his nickel-dime attitude cost him a customer + many referrals

They did not inform us that they were going to nail instead of screwing the boards down. The quality of the work was just fair.
